Ogden Contemporary Arts invites you to join our 2nd Annual Ogden Art Block Party as an integral part if the event. At OCA, we believe art is essential in our community. Art promotes cultural richness, social cohesion, economic vitality, and overall well-being. Embracing and supporting the arts can enhance our quality of life and contribute to the growth and development of our community as a whole. Event Overview We strongly encourage you to provide some sort of activity at your booth. We are happy to help you come up with ideas and may be able to help with the material cost if the activity is free. Registration fee is depending your business (10ft x 10ft) OUR EVENT IS OUTDOORS. Registration Fee are NON - REFUNDABLE!! Vendor Responsibilities Stay the entire length of the event Leave no trace (leave the space as clean as when you arrived it it) Provide some sort of activity This is an art focused event, providing some sort of activity at your booth will help with the success of the event. If you need ideas, the OCA team is happy to brain storm and may be able to help with cost of materials if it is a free activity. Arrive promptly at set up time, and be prepared to operate for the entire duration of the event. Vendors provide their own tents, tables, chairs, and set up supplies Vendors are required to notify the OCA by email (connect@ogdencontemporaryarts.org) 48 hours in advance if they will not be attending their scheduled event. Vendor Disclaimers Vendors are required to understand and follow ALL local, city , state, and federal laws and regulations. All required sales tax collections are the SOLE responsibility of the vendor. Vendors assume full responsibility for the products they market and sell. Ogden Contemporary Arts and their staff, will be held harmless against any claim of injury or damage by any buyer, seller or other persons resulting from the use, consumption, display, or marketing of vendors products.
